Germany
Free shipping on all orders over €79. Standard delivery: €4.90 on orders under €79.
Delivery in 3–5 business days for standard items. Personalised and custom-made pieces require 5–10 business days due to individual crafting at our Munich atelier.
Austria & Switzerland
Standard delivery: €6.90. Delivery in 4–7 business days.
Rest of Europe (EU)
Standard delivery: €8.90. Delivery in 5–10 business days. We ship to all EU countries.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.
How to return
- Email us at hello@flordeoro.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Drop it off at any DHL point.
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Non-returnable items
- Personalised, engraved or custom-made pieces (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery
- Gift cards
- Jewellery-making experience bookings (see cancellation policy below)
Experience cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the session date: full refund. Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@flordeoro.eu with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.
