At the atelier, you join the final personalisation steps, watch the engraving and finishing, enjoy a drink, and receive your completed piece in premium wrapping.

Design, placement, spelling, eligibility, and any additional costs are approved before you enter the atelier.

Suitable for the Personalisation Ritual

  • Selected Flor de Oro purchases over €150.
  • Names, initials, dates, and short messages.
  • Simple symbols, drawings, and approved handwriting.
  • Front, back, inside, or outside placement where the piece allows it.
  • External pieces only after inspection and a separate quotation; they are not part of the complimentary purchase benefit.

Not part of this ritual

  • Portraits or complex image engraving.
  • Repairs or restoration work.
  • Stone setting or gemstone work.
  • Major alterations or structural changes.
  • Any request that cannot be completed safely and beautifully within the approved process.
