To ensure high-quality service, we work with reliable shipping partners DHL for domestic and international deliveries.
Jewelry Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for jewelry are calculated based on the destination:

Shipping costs for flowers are determined by our partner Emmie Gray. The current flower shipping rates are:
OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS
To ensure fast and careful delivery of our EMMIE GRAY Roseboxes, we exclusively ship with our quality partners DPD and DHL (Standard and Express).
TRANSPORT DURATION
Since our roses are a fresh product, which we always deliver in the highest quality and for which we provide a freshness guarantee, we ensure a maximum transport time of 24 hours through close collaboration with our partners DPD and DHL Express. Please note that these delivery times may vary when selecting standard shipping.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY ON YOUR PREFERRED DATE
This allows you to precisely plan when DPD/DHL Express will deliver your Rosebox and ensure that someone is present at the delivery location. This way, the Rosebox does not have to be stored at a DPD/DHL facility, ensuring that the freshness of the roses remains intact.
We guarantee that your Rosebox will arrive within 24 hours after being picked up by DPD or DHL from our department, so you can rely on punctual delivery.
To schedule your preferred delivery date, simply select the desired date via the calendar at checkout.
📌 Important: If you select standard shipping, the chosen delivery date may vary by 1 to 3 business days.
SELECTING DELIVERY DATES FOR EMMIE GRAY ROSEBOXES
We deliver every day except Sundays and public holidays. Available delivery dates can be viewed and selected in the calendar at checkout.
In general, we require at least 2 to 3 days of processing time between order placement and delivery. However, depending on the location and order time, we also offer next-day delivery.

- DPD/DHL Standard Shipping with delivery on the preferred date (Variation of 1-3 business days possible) – €4.90
- DPD/DHL Express with guaranteed delivery on the preferred date (Tuesday to Friday) – €7.90
- Next-Day Delivery via Premium Shipping – €9.90
- DPD/DHL Express with guaranteed Premium delivery on a Saturday – €14.90

Depending on the day of the week and time of order placement, you will see all available delivery dates in the checkout calendar.
- Express shipping costs with guaranteed delivery on your preferred date – €7.90
- Premium shipping for urgent orders – €9.90
- Saturday Premium shipping (Guaranteed delivery on a Saturday) – €14.90
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once we ship your order, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email.
On the same day, we will also send you your personal DHL tracking number, which allows you to check your package’s current location at any time:
MISSED DELIVERIES & RESCHEDULING
If you are not present at the time of delivery, DPD/DHL Express will attempt delivery at least two more times.
After the first attempt, you will receive a notification card with instructions on how to reschedule your delivery:

Through these services, you can:

✔ Arrange for pickup at a nearby DHL or DPD location.

📌 Tip: To maintain the freshness of your roses, we strongly recommend being present at the first delivery attempt.
INSURANCE AGAINST THEFT & DAMAGE
All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transport.
Our DPD/DHL Express couriers handle our Roseboxes with care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In addition, our special protective packaging helps keep the roses fresh.
⚠ Once the package is signed for upon delivery, the insurance coverage expires.
DIFFERENT BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address than your billing address, simply enter the desired shipping address at checkout, and we will ensure that your invoice and package are sent separately.
Shipping & Delivery for Mixed Orders (Jewelry + Flowers)
At Flor de Oro, we take special care to ensure that your personalized jewelry and flowers arrive together on the same day, maintaining both the freshness of the flowers and the quality of your jewelry.
Since flowers are shipped separately from our partner before being combined with your jewelry, they must first be delivered to us before we can dispatch your complete order. To cover this logistical process, we apply a combined shipping fee.
How Does Combined Shipping Work?
- Flowers are first delivered to us from our floral partner.
- We then package your jewelry and flowers together to ensure a seamless gifting experience.
- The complete order is shipped to you, ensuring that both gifts arrive at the same time.

How to Select Combined Shipping at Checkout
At checkout, when purchasing both jewelry and flowers, the system will automatically apply the combined shipping fee based on your delivery location.
💡 If your order contains only jewelry or only flowers, the standard shipping fees for those products will apply instead.
Express Delivery for Mixed Orders
If you need faster delivery, we also offer Express Combined Shipping for mixed orders.
